The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, planning discharge, and making revisions to the established plan of care under physician supervision. This role involves contributing to resident well-being through personalized therapeutic care and programs within a senior living community.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program, along with active state licensure and necessary national board certifications. Essential skills include excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
