About the role

The Physical Therapist will assess patients' needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain. They will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule

Full-Time | Day Shift | Variable work hours What You'll Do Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals Provide evidence-based physical therapy to restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, equipment use, injury prevention, and recovery Supervise PTAs and support staff Complete timely documentation and billing in EPIC Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and compliance initiatives What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an approved school of Physical Therapy and hold current State Physical Therapy Licensure. Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
