The Appeals Coordinator II assists Appeals leadership with daily administrative work, performing research, investigation, and analysis of appeals and grievances. They ensure timely resolution of complaints while maintaining compliance with guidelines and standards.
Candidates must have an associate degree or equivalent experience, along with 3+ years in the healthcare industry. Experience with inpatient claims and DRG pricing is preferred, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

The Appeals Specialist level II performs research, investigation, and analysis of appeals, grievances, and other types of complaints filed by providers and clients to administer timely resolution.
