About the role

Performs specimen procurement and processing duties within on-site and off-site service areas. May handle in-charge duties and on-call responsibilities as needed.

Schedule Full Time, Evening Shift (80 hours biweekly) Hours

  • Monday -
  • Friday, 11:00am - 7:30pm
  • Rotation: Weekend and holiday rotation

General Summary

Performs a variety of duties in specimen procurement, specimen processing, and other areas. Functions in on- and/or off-site service areas. May work any part of a 24-hour period. May be required to accept on-call responsibilities. May perform occasional in-charge duties in the absence of immediate supervisor.

Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and less than one year of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include ASCP Phlebotomy certification and Basic Life Support certification.
