Responsible for the efficient collection of plasma from donors through venipuncture and monitoring the pheresis process. Ensures donor safety and product quality while maintaining compliance with SOPs and FDA guidelines.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for twelve months of experience in a healthcare environment. Specific certifications as a Phlebotomy Technician I or RN are required for candidates in California.
