Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities. Administer medications and monitor health conditions as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document client progress and report any changes to the care team. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Background check and drug screening required. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
