Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor resident conditions according to physician orders. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain a safe and resident-centered environment.
Must possess an active RN or LPN license with a team-oriented mindset. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.

Active RN or LPN license Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and adapt quickly Team-oriented mindset and professionalism
