Provides comprehensive pharmaceutical services across outpatient, inpatient, and emergency departments, including dispensing medications and managing drug therapy. Collaborates with healthcare teams to provide drug consultations, patient counseling, and quality assurance audits.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a PharmD from an accredited college and an active, unrestricted pharmacist license. Must be eligible for licensure in North Carolina and possess a valid driver's license.
The incumbent in this position serves as a Clinical Pharmacist for the Cherokee Indian Hospital Authority. The incumbent is responsible for the provision of comprehensive and age appropriate, outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department pharmaceutical services, and pharmaceutical patient care.
