Job Title: Pharmacist\nDepartment: Pharmacy\nShift: Evenings\nDaily Work Times: 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.\nScheduled Biweekly Hours: 80\nPosition Summary:\nUnder general direction, provides prescribed medications and pharmaceutical products for adequate patient care according to professional standards and practices. Advises/consults with medical staff, other health professionals, patients and families on pharmaceutical and patient care issues.\n\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nGraduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with BS Pharm or PharmD Degree.\nCompletion of pharmacy internship and holds state licensure.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nOne year of hospital pharmacy experience.\n#LI-KH1
