Provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and administer medications while supporting daily clinical operations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient flow and coordinate follow-up care across multiple clinic locations.
Requires a high school diploma and a current, unrestricted LPN license in Indiana with 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience. BLS certification is mandatory, and proficiency in EHR and Microsoft Office is expected.
