**Seeking individuals who have Ophthalmology experience**

Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver specialized patient care.
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and efficient care delivery.
Provide one-on-one patient care immediately following ophthalmic surgeries until discharge criteria are met.
Demonstrate teamwork by actively participating in patient care and providing exceptional clinical and emotional support.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
Previous experience in Operating Room (OR) and/or Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) preferred, especially in Ophthalmology.
Proficiency or willingness to learn and work in all perioperative areas including Outpatient Surgery, OR, PACU, and Endoscopy.
Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within six months of hire.
Ability to participate in on-call duties with a response time of less than 45 minutes.
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment.
