The LVN/LPN is responsible for providing patient care in a dialysis clinic, including obtaining blood samples and documenting treatments. They must collaborate with the Charge Nurse and Biomedical Technicians to ensure operational efficiency and patient safety.
Candidates must hold a current LVN/LPN license and obtain CPR certification within 90 days of hire. Previous dialysis experience is preferred, and successful completion of the USRC training program is required.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
