• We are currently seeking EXTRORDINARY, compassionate, motivated, and energetic Companions to join our team.
• As an IHS Companion you will provide dedicated one on one patient care, on our beautiful, upscale campus.
• We provide individual private duty supportive care that is personalized to the needs of our residents here in our community 7 days a week.
• Previous companion experience is preferred.
• Innovative Home Services offers the opportunity to have a flexible schedule depending on your availability up to 20+ hours a week.

Duties

• Housekeeping
• Shopping and errands
• Meal preparation
• Laundry, ironing
• Pet Care, Such as walking dogs, litter box care, and pet supply shopping
• Companionship and entertainment
• Home organization and season decorating
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the I.H.S Administrator

Qualifications

• Has excellent observation and communication skills
• Overnight availability
• Flexibility in availability and scheduling
