The LVN provides nursing care for patients with urgent or emergent health problems. They assist physicians and medical staff in performing clinical procedures and patient care duties.
Requires a graduate degree from a Licensed Vocational Nursing school and an active California LVN license. A minimum of one year of experience and BLS certification from the AHA are required.
The LVN is responsible for nursing care of patients with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems. Assists and participates with the physician, NP, and/or medical assistant in performing procedures and patient care responsibilities skillfully. Performs other duties as needed.
Graduate from a school of Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) required. Minimum one year LVN experience required, preferably in an outpatient setting.
Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Intravenous (IV) certification preferred.
