Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients in an ambulatory concierge medicine setting, including assessments, medication administration, and procedure assistance. Coordinate patient care through daily huddles and manage clinical operations such as inventory and equipment maintenance.
Requires a nursing degree (BSN, Associate's, or Diploma) and at least 2 years of clinical experience, with a preference for Med/Surg, ED, or Critical Care. Must hold a current North Carolina RN license and BLS certification.

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse II in our Duke Signature Care clinic located in Durham, NC to be an integral member of the healthcare team and provide direct and indirect care to patients. Independently plan and provide professional nursing care for patients in ambulatory clinic settings in accordance with the medical and nursing plans of care and established policies and procedures. Provide nursing services to patients and families in accordance with the scope of the RN as defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
Address patient phone calls and coordinate care needs in an ambulatory concierge practice/ Primary Care Medical Home. Includes, but not limited to, triage of acute care needs utilizing approved protocols when appropriate; obtaining medical documents; prescription refills; managing home health supplies and equipment; and scheduling patient visits.
Monday-Friday day shift schedule with no weekends or Duke designated holidays.
