Must hold a valid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. CPR certification and proficiency in dental radiographs and infection control are required.

Licensing & Education: Current and valid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program CPR certification (Basic Life Support) Clinical Skills: Proficient in performing dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and other preventive procedures Ability to take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) Knowledge of infection control, sterilization procedures, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance Ability to apply fluoride treatments, dental sealants, and other preventive measures Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent patient care and communication skills Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans Strong teamwork and collaboration with dentists, assistants, and office staff Technical & Administrative Skills: Familiarity with dental charting and documentation Ability to schedule patients and manage time efficiently Comfort with using dental technology and equipment
