What do Residential Support Professionals do at On With Life?
The Residential Support Professional provides direct support to individuals living in our 5-bedroom Residential Neuro Rehabilitation residential setting. In collaboration with the Residential Support Team Lead and Assistance Lead, this position:
Creates, monitors, and implements individualized treatment plans to help persons served achieve their goals and return to a more independent living setting.
Works with person served to address life skills (e.g., meal planning, budgeting, community access, activities of daily living, etc.) and manage neurobehavioral and or neurocognitive challenges (e.g., identifying barriers, challenges, self-management strategies).
We provide annual raises based on budget capacity, and full-time positions also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at each anniversary.
Seeking extraordinary individuals capable of working various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must be able to collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to support persons with brain injuries or neurological conditions.
