LT - Pediatrician Shift: Days Shift Schedule: 8a – 5p, Mon – Fri Start Date: Jun 15, 2026 End Date: Sep 14, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Open Positions: 1 Service Setting: Outpatient ambulatory setting - Community Health Center Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Jun 15, 2026 – Sep 14, 2026 Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Flight, rental car or mileage and lodging provided. PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Newborns to age 18 Average Daily Volume: Up to 18 patients/day FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: EPIC Support Staff Available: MAs: 1, Office Staff: 1 Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Temporary Privileges Available: Yes Credentialing Timeline: 2-3 weeks REQUIRED PROCEDURES Provide comprehensive pediatric care for newborns through age 18 Manage high-volume, fast-paced outpatient clinic workflow Utilize EPIC EMR for all patient documentation Collaborate with mental health therapists and dietitians

• Qualifications: Must have clean background; must be COVID and flu vaccinated SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Providers interested in multiple locations should only be submitted to their top preference. OT is only approved by the HCA/CMO if providers exceed working the daily productivity expectation of 21 patients per shift for physicians. Charting time is not paid; only direct patient care time. Providers must be aware of the patient quota rule and comfortable with the fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality pediatric care to a diverse patient population including migrants and refugees. Maintain a daily productivity expectation of 21 patients per shift. Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, therapists, and dietitians. Utilize onsite interpretative services when necessary for non-English speaking patients. Complete all clinical documentation in EPIC within the required timeframe.
