FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE COMPREHENSIVE ORIENTATION SUPPORTIVE TEAM Join our Yavapai County Home Health office, and be a part of a quality-focused interdisciplinary care time, while providing 1.1 care to your clients!
BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Flagstaff.
You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.

Prior home health and OASIS experience required.
Taking part in weekend on-call rotation required.
Per diem Opportunity How You’ll Make an Impact: Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition.
