The Infusion Nurse I provides direct patient care in home or alternate infusion sites, ensuring patient safety and compliance with physician care plans. Responsibilities include administering treatments, educating patients, and coordinating care with the clinical team.
Candidates must have an active RN license and 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience. Current CPR certification is required, along with the ability to operate a vehicle for business travel.
Summary: An Infusion Nurse I is a licensed registered nurse who provides basic direct patient care to patients in the home, or in an alternate infusion site, to ensure patient safety with continuity and compliance under a physician’s plan of care. Works under very close direct supervision of the designated supervisor.
