Home Health - Pediatric Occupational Therapist (1099 Contactor)

• As we continue to expand into the Phoenix area, we're looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

• What You'll Do: Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings throughout Phoenix and surrounding areas Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Adjust plans of care based on progress and clinical judgment Educate and partner with families and caregivers Complete timely, concise documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain) Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel within Phoenix and nearby communities Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred) Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Work Environment: This role includes working in home and community settings and may involve standing, lifting, kneeling, and working with clients with a range of developmental, physical, and behavioral needs.
