Provide pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and evidence-based treatments within home and community settings. Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client progress.
Requires a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, an active Arizona OT license, and a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and experience working with pediatric populations.
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain) Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel within Phoenix and nearby communities Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred) Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Work Environment: This role includes working in home and community settings and may involve standing, lifting, kneeling, and working with clients with a range of developmental, physical, and behavioral needs.
