The LVN Charge Nurse ensures quality care for residents by assessing conditions, administering medications, and implementing individual care plans. They also oversee nursing aides and coordinate with physicians and resident points of contact regarding health status updates.
Candidates must have completed an LVN program from an accredited school and hold an active Licensed Vocational Nurse license in Texas. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
