Plans and delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process while effectively interacting with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintains standards of professional nursing and provides superior care to patients at their end-of-life journey.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with an active RN license in Ohio and preferably have two years of acute care nursing experience. CPR certification and hospice certification are preferred, along with the ability to drive in various conditions.
