Manage a caseload of clients by conducting evaluations, assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions while maintaining accurate electronic health records and coordinating with community resources.
Requires specific licensure based on location (e.g., CAC, LPC, LGSW, or LICSW) and a degree ranging from an Associate's to a Master's depending on the counselor level. Candidates must have experience in the Human Services field and meet state-specific certification requirements.

• Maryland Education/ Licensure Requirements: All counseling candidates must have, at minimum, an Alcohol and Drug Trainee certification (ADT) through the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists. CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LGPC, LCPC, LCADC or LICSW/LCSW preferred. Compensation based on current level of certification/licensure and years of experience. All experience must have been performed in the Human Services field.
