Collaborates with physicians to provide inpatient and outpatient cardiac procedural care for structural heart and valve patients. Coordinates patient care needs across the healthcare continuum and applies advanced clinical skills to optimize delivery of care.
In a collaboration with the physician(s), assists in all aspects of inpatient/outpatient cardiac procedural care.
Maintains expertise in area of practice and applies advanced clinical skills to care for this select patient population.
Incorporates advances in technology and procedures into skill set, remains current in practice of general cardiology.
Assists in the evaluation of outcomes and adjustment of practices to ensure optimum delivery of care in a cost-effective manner.
Facilitates the coordination and the communication of patient care needs across the health care continuum.
Board certified and credentialed as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of New Jersey with primary focus of education and training as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical practice experience in related field.
Skills Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and creative problem solving. Participation in pertinent professional and/or specialty organizations preferred.
Minimum new grad base salary $143,200 K. Salary commensurate with years of experience as an NP/PA.
