Must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and have completed a three-year residency in small animal oncology. Requires an active Veterinary State License and a current or obtainable DEA License.

Completed a three-year residency in small animal Oncology Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university Current DEA License or obtained upon hire Active Veterinary State License
