Certified Nursing Assistant (West Valley)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Health West Valley, AZ | Full-Time

Billet Health is seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Home Health team serving the West Valley area.

Our CNAs provide skilled support services in patients’ homes during a 9-week episode of care while working closely with the Director of Nursing and RN Case Managers to support individualized care plans.

Position Overview This role focuses on in-home skilled support under the Home Health plan of care. CNAs assist with patient care needs, monitoring, and support services to ensure safety, comfort, and quality outcomes in the home setting. Staffing coordinates visits based on patient needs, and CNAs have flexibility in managing their schedule and caseload.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers Support patient care under Home Health plan of care Observe and report changes in patient condition Assist with safe patient mobility and positioning Maintain accurate communication with RN Case Managers Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

Active CNA license in the state of Arizona Valid driver’s license Valid auto insurance CPR or BLS certification Current TB test (skin test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years) Home Health experience preferred but not required

Additional Information

Care is provided in patient homes or residential settings. Pay includes travel within a 20-mile radius, with additional compensation available outside territory. Training is provided for Home Health onboarding.
