Salary
$18 - $24 / HOUR
Provide hands-on physical and emotional care to residents as outlined in their service agreements. Assist with activities of daily living, monitor changes in resident condition, and maintain daily documentation.
Preferred candidates have six months of experience in long-term care or assisted living. Certification as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid, or CNA is preferred.

The Resident Assistant is responsible for providing hands-on care, both physical and emotional, as outlined in each resident’s service agreement. Responsible for effectively communicating with residents, families, and notifying the case manager of any changes in condition or concerns. The Resident Assistant assists in the dining room and participating in activities and outings.
