You will have the opportunity take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinants of health are affecting health outcomes.

As a Primary Care Physician, you will report to our Associate Medical Director.

You will be working onsite and in-person at the Deerfield Beach clinic.

  • The Physician focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Keep a medical history and medical records. Refer the patient to specialists. Begin to influence department's strategy. On moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and performs work without direction. Exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments.
  • A day in the life of a Conviva physician
  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Join an experienced team with an established patient panel
  • See 12-15 patients per day. Opportunity to spend more time with patients
  • Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes)
  • Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient-facing time and general administrative time as it relates to direct patient care
  • Required Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)

    Required Qualifications

    This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

    Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

    Pay Range

    The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

    $255,000 - $298,500 per year

    This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
