This role focuses on preventive care, diagnosis, and long-term management of patient health, serving individuals and families across our rural community. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or related primary care field Active Michigan medical license required DEA registration required Minimum of 1 year of primary care experience preferred Experience in rural or community-based healthcare preferred Strong diagnostic, clinical judgment, and patient-centered care skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
