Earn $17.76/hour or $19.76/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay option, plus shift differentials.
Required training will take place during daytime hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) within the first 1–2 weeks.
Our Personal Care Assistants are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents in an 8-bed Personal Care Home (PCH). This role supports residents’ mental health and physical well-being through direct care and supervision. They carry out daily care responsibilities while actively participating in and following individualized treatment plans for residents diagnosed with mental health disorders.
Key Responsibilities
Help develop and implement activities and other special projects designed to strengthen independent and community living skills and socialization/leisure time.
Build on strengths to promote positive growth for the consumer.
Engage consumers in appropriate life skills to develop abilities to live as independently as possible.
Accompany consumers on trips outside the home for treatment, medical appointments, or activities.
Provide transportation using a company vehicle as necessary.
