Provide comprehensive case management and housing services to clients at the Weaver House Emergency Shelter to help them obtain permanent housing. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining documentation in the HMIS system.
A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a relevant social services field is required. Preference is given to candidates with three years of case management experience in human services.
Description Part-time position to work 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Provide case management and housing services to clients at the Weaver House Emergency Shelter. Work Schedule: Part-time position to work 20-25 hours per week. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday alternating between 8:00 AM-1:00 PM and 1:00 PM-6:00 PM to meet client needs. Specific days will be assigned after hire. Pay Rate: $20-$22/Hour (Based on education and experience)
Education and Experience Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or relevant social services required. Experience in human services preferred. Three (3) years of experience in case management preferred. Other Requirements: Speaking, standing, sitting, walking, reading, writing, keyboarding, organizing, problem solving, planning, interpreting data, making decisions, driving. Key Competencies: Interviewing, assessment, case management, advocacy, and clinical skills. Strong skills in organization and attention to details. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work with people with diverse needs. Knowledge of community resources. High regard for confidentiality. Good understanding of professional boundaries. Knowledge of homelessness, Rapid Rehousing and Housing First. Knowledge of community resources.
