Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge planning while serving as a liaison between clients, families, and community providers. Develop person-centered treatment plans and advocate for clients' rights to ensure long-term recovery and stability.
Requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in human services and must be at least 21 years old. Candidates must pass background checks, drug tests, and health screenings while maintaining a valid driver's license.

Experience counts! We accept equivalent work experience in human services (teaching, daycare, CNA, etc.) or a BA/BS degree. One year of related work = one year of college. Must be at least 21 years old. Experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or substance abuse treatment preferred. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and respond to emergencies. Must pass KBI and KDADS background checks. Must pass drug test. Maintain valid driver’s license and insurable driving record (no substance-related incidents within 5 years). Must meet all health screenings, TB testing, and physical clearance requirements.
