Provide individualized services to kinship caregivers to ensure placement stability and child safety. Responsibilities include assessing caregiver needs, developing support plans, and connecting families with essential community resources.
Requires a Bachelor's or Associate degree in social work or human services with two years of child welfare experience, or a Master's degree in Human Services. Experience with foster and adoptive families is preferred.
