The Rehab Tech supports rehabilitative care by assisting clinicians with patient care and managing patient flow. Responsibilities include cleaning equipment, organizing department areas, and providing clerical support.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association. Less than one year of experience is required, though inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred.
The Rehab Tech supports the delivery of rehabilitative care under direct supervision by clinicians and site leadership. Performs tasks related to cleaning and monitoring of equipment and supplies, assisting with patient care delegated by clinicians, cleaning and organization within the department areas, clerical support and patient flow/transport.
