The Occupational Therapist is responsible for patient assessment, treatment planning, and implementation to address the needs of patients and caregivers. They collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure an optimal continuum of care.
Candidates must possess a California Occupational Therapist License and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Education meeting certification and registration requirements is mandatory.

The Occupational Therapist's duties will include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication, and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients, caregivers, and the community. The Occupational Therapist will foster a positive, professional relationship among interdisciplinary providers and intradepartmental staff. The Occupational Therapist works with interdisciplinary and ancillary healthcare providers to ensure optimal continuum of care. Performs all duties under general supervision.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
