The role involves providing direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients. It also includes supervising delegated staff and supporting the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care.
Candidates must be graduated from an approved school of nursing and hold a current license to practice, along with CPR and AHA BLS certifications. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing and recent acute care experience are preferred.

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
