Provide mental health support services to members and their families within a crisis residential treatment program. Coordinate care by collaborating with team members and external agencies such as the Probation Department and County Behavioral Health Services.
Must hold a Master's Degree in Social Sciences and be registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences as an ASW, AMFT, or APCC. Requires at least one year of direct service experience working with mentally ill individuals.

The Clinician Unlicensed provides mental health support services to members served and their families at the program. The Clinician also assists in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team. This includes coordinating and collaborating with team members and outside agencies such as, the Conservator’s Office, Public Guardian’s Office, Probation Department, County Behavioral Health Services, and housing and inpatient providers.
Expected starting wage range is $32.71 - $40.40. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Carmen Lane is a 12-bed crisis residential treatment (CRT) program providing comprehensive mental health and psychiatric treatment services in a safe, welcoming inpatient environment for adults with serious mental illness. We believe recovery starts from within, and that our job is to do whatever it takes to provide the support needed on your recovery journey in a comfortable, structured setting. Our team includes nurses, psychiatrists, clinicians, peer specialists, and recovery specialists providing support 24 hours a day.
