• Shift: DayLPN/RN Full Time Opportunities 1st Shift Available 12-hour shifts (7AM - 730PM) Includes holiday and weekend rotation An LPN/RN will focus on assessing resident’s health and treatment throughout the Care Center. Assisting our Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and the Long-Term Care neighborhoods. Candidate will lead and work as a team with LPNs and STNAs, with the support of Clinical Managers. Ideal candidate should have good assessment skills, the ability to work effectively in a changing environment, be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated. • Required: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program; Current LPN/RN nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board; Minimum of one (1) year Long Term Care experience, preferred; Ability to maintain confidentiality, and honor Resident’s Rights; Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public; Must have excellent attendance and work history;
