For the past 40 years Thorne Crest has provided seniors with lifestyle choices from independent and assisted living to skilled care and rehab. • Summary: COTA/L shall implement the plan of care as established by the OTR/L and the physician in a professional, competent manner, upholding excellence with quality of care. Qualifications Must have an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations. Active state license required.
