Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled therapy sessions with clients using secure video-based care Evaluate client concerns, symptoms, risk factors, and treatment needs Build individualized care plans with measurable clinical goals Use evidence-informed therapy approaches based on client presentation Document each session clearly and within required timeframes Identify changes in client needs and update treatment direction as needed Provide crisis support within the scope of outpatient telehealth care Keep all client records private, accurate, and compliant with HIPAA standards Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Indiana Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong written communication and documentation skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote work environment Must maintain professional licensure and follow Indiana clinical practice requirements $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time remote position 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Monday–Friday schedule Stable telehealth work environment Bring your clinical social work experience into a remote role where your time, license, and client care skills are valued.
