Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) | Full-Time Telehealth Role in Indiana Job Details Location: Indiana Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote therapy services to clients across Indiana. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for individuals managing emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history Create treatment plans based on each client’s needs, symptoms, and goals Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions Maintain accurate progress notes, treatment updates, and required documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for remote behavioral health care Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Indiana Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong written communication and documentation skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote work environment Must maintain professional licensure and follow Indiana clinical practice requirements $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time remote position 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Monday–Friday schedule Stable telehealth work environment If you are an Indiana-licensed LCSW looking for a full-time remote therapy role with steady hours and strong earning potential, we would be glad to review your background.
