Requires an Associate's degree in Nursing, current NP certification, state licensure, and board certification. Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care and proficiency in Epic EHR are preferred.

Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care meetings
Associate's degree in Nursing or related field Current NP certification and state licensure to practice Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Commitment to providing compassionate patient care Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Schedule: 4-day workweek (Mon-Thurs)

Average Daily Volume: 10-15 patients

Must have experience and be able to work independently
