Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans for patients with substance use disorders. Administer medications, provide recovery education, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Requires a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and 1-2 years of experience in substance abuse or behavioral health settings. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, though an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be considered.
Full-Time for 7:00AM-7:30PM or 7:00PM-7:30AM include working every other Saturday and Sunday (We do not have any openings for part-time or per diem hours)
$50 OT & Holiday Rate: $75 Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with substance use disorders to determine care needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of recovery. Administer medications and monitor patient responses, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding substance abuse, recovery processes, and coping strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and facilitate referrals to additional services as needed. Document patient progress and intervention outcomes accurately in electronic health records. Participate in continuous education and training to remain current with best practices in substance abuse treatment. #IND13 Current and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be considered. Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in substance abuse or behavioral health settings. Strong clinical assessment and crisis intervention skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of substance abuse treatment modalities and recovery-oriented practices. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
