Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions to clients in Maryland Work with individuals, couples, and families on relational and emotional concerns Perform clinical intakes, assess presenting issues, and determine appropriate care goals Guide clients through practical strategies for communication, boundaries, coping skills, and relationship repair Maintain detailed notes, treatment plans, and progress updates Use secure technology to protect client privacy during virtual care Stay aligned with licensing standards, documentation requirements, and ethical guidelines Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Maryland LMFT, LCMFT, or equivalent independent clinical licensure Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong written documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting Must be authorized to work in the United States $115,000–$120,000 per year Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Monday–Friday schedule If you are looking for a remote LMFT role with steady hours, strong pay, and meaningful clinical work, this could be a great next move.
