The LPN provides nursing care to patients with urgent or emergent health problems. They also assist in the organization and management of the physician's practice.
Candidates must have a graduation certificate from an accredited LPN school and current Kentucky state licensure. A minimum of two years of broad experience in medical office duties is preferred.

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physician's practice.
Formal training which will be indicated by a graduation certificate from an accredited LPN school of nursing; BLS certifications; current Kentucky state licensure required, IV certification; minimum two years broad experience with emphasis in medical office duties; ability to monitor patient condition; good verbal communication skills.
Physical guidelines include the ability to move, traverse, position self, remain in a stationary position, and negotiate steps for up to eight hours per day; lift, move and transport patients and materials; manual dexterity and motor coordination; articulate speech; read and understand medical information; visual acuity and ability to distinguish colors.
