Provides professional nursing care for patients in the surgery and rehab hospital operating room. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines based on clinical standards and patient-centered care principles.
Requires a nursing diploma or associate degree, with a BSN preferred. Must have at least 1 year of OR experience and a valid Registered Nurse license and BLS certification.
Full time - Days
0630 - 1700 - 4 days per week
No weekends or holidays
Provides professional nursing care at the beginner practitioner level in accordance with the principles of patient and family-centered care based on the nursing process and according to the clinical standards of the hospital. Acts as a primary nurse for patients on the unit. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. May require specialized skills depending on unit assignment.
