The Social Services Specialist provides case management and advocacy for individuals and families in need. Responsibilities include assessing eligibility, developing service plans, and conducting home visits and risk assessments.
Requires a minimum of two years of experience in human services or public service and a clean background check. A bachelor's degree and experience with community resources are preferred.
