Perform imaging procedures across at least two radiology modalities while providing patient-centered care. Support additional modalities on a routine basis and provide on-call coverage as needed.
The Multi-Modality Technologist is qualified/credentialled to perform at a minimum of two (2) MRI, CT, diagnostic, US, IR, Radiation Therapy, Mammography or Nuclear Medicine procedures. This position must support the second or additional modalities on a routine basis by being available to work in the modality and must be able to provide on call coverage for these modalities as needed by the modality. Strives to provide patient centered care. Upholds the standard of practice of a registered technologist. #ACDP
Requires a high school diploma, graduation from an accredited radiology discipline, and BLS certification. Must be credentialed in at least two radiology modalities with 1-2 years of clinical experience.
