The Admissions/Social Worker supports residents and families through the admissions process and addresses psychosocial and emotional needs. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic care and maintain resident dignity and quality of life.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work from an accredited program is required. State licensure as a Social Worker is preferred or required based on state regulations, and experience in healthcare or nursing home settings is preferred.

The Admissions/Social Worker is responsible for supporting residents and families through the admissions process while addressing residents’ psychosocial, emotional, and social needs throughout their stay. This position works closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive compassionate, holistic care while maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work from an accredited program required State licensure as a Social Worker preferred or required based on state regulations Previous experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or nursing home setting preferred
